How to read the tree · scope, links & sources
The six branches are areas of influence, not six factors to multiply. The fill rate refers to positions commissioned in the same mandate cohort. One mandate can cover several positions. Ongoing searches and their time lag need to be looked at separately.
Revenue, profit and cash are different: retainers and milestones follow the service agreed and delivered. Partial fees already booked do not count again at completion. Costs reduce profit. Late payments delay cash inflow. Bad debt is a receivables and earnings risk. A free replacement ties up capacity; a refund reduces the fee.
The feedback loop: good placements → satisfied clients and candidates → repeat mandates and referrals. Every search adds market knowledge and grows the talent pool. Time saved only becomes extra business when there is demand and it is used well.
Scope: all 61 original end points are covered, some merged or regrouped. The main operational, financial and market drivers have been added. Temp staffing, contracting and RPO apply only if offered. The tree is a general business model, not a statement about the actual scope of HAPEKO's services.
The ama logo marks drivers that ama supports. Italic sub-items name the ama feature behind it.
